1. What is the minimum Order Quantity?
Usually, we offer a MOQ of 6 units. But if you indeed only need one unit, we can also send you one unit. But the unit price for one unit will be more expensive than 6 or more units.
2. What are the order terms available for my purchase?
This depends on your experience. Normally we can use FOB or CIF as order terms. If you need a shipment to your door, the shipping cost can be expensive. We have lots of logistics partners who can help us with the shipping.
3. What are the Payment terms available for my purchase?
When the order quantity is under 10 units, we have to issue a 100% payment in Advance. When the quantity is more than 11 units then we can offer 40% payment in advance and the rest 60% payment before shipment.
4. What are the after-sale services?
We have distinct after-sale guidance for different products. Please message us for a detailed after-sale solution.
5. Are you a factory or a trader?
We are a factory and we have our own mechanical engineers who will design the original parts and structures for our products. Also, we assemble the parts by ourselves. We have welding specialists, assembling specialists, technical designers as well as purchase specialists.
6. How can I order from China? I am a newcomer here.
Just message us. We will help you with the purchase. Usually, you will need to confirm the price and offer we sent to you, then we will check the possible payment method and shipping requirements. Then when all of the preparation goes well, one order can be made easily.

Yes, we can design products based on your needs and we will normally charge a design fee when the requirement is complicated.

We have some agents for some products in the EU. But for a specific product, you will need to consult us about where you can buy it.
9. How will the product be shipped? Is it safe to ship huge products across the sea?
We have enough experience to ensure the products' safety. We normally use metal frames to enclose the products and sometimes we will also add wooden boards to make them extra safe.
10. What certificates do you have for the products?
Normally we have CE and EPA certificates for the products.
11. Can I visit the factory?
Yes, we are happy to welcome you to visit our factory. And we are glad to make friends with you.
12. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
Generally, it takes 2-5 days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise, we need to arrange the production based on the order amounts. Normally this would be within 2-4 weeks if the amount is under 200 pcs.
